Healthy Paws Complete Diets for Dogs are formulated to provide a complete and balanced diet. This product is available in a variety of proteins to provide diversity to your pet's diet. Each formula is based on a minimum 75/25 to 85/15 ratio of meat to fruit/vegetable blend. We have also added ground kelp and cold water fish oil to ensure the proper levels of Omega 3 and 6 as well as trace minerals. In non-avian protein formulas, we have added a raw bone powder to provide the correct levels and ratios of calcium and phosphorus. All of our meat human-grade contains no preservatives and is hormone and antibiotic free.
The Healthy Paws Quail formula contains whole quail sourced from farms in south western Ontario. They are free range and are raised without the use of antibiotics or hormones. Whenever possible, the vegetables and fruits used are purchased weekly from local suppliers. The kelp is sourced from the shores of Nova Scotia and the fish oil is a blend of sardine and herring oil from the North Atlantic.
Quail is an excellent choice for an alternate protein. Quail is a source of calcium, Vitamin A, phosphorous, potassium, magnesium, sodium and potassium.
